Seido Karate was founded in 1976 by Kaicho (Chairman) Tadashi Nakamura. There has been a Seido presence in Maryland for over 40 years; a presence in Howard County and Catonsville for 35 years. Seido is a safe, disciplined, and challenging karate school. We are currently accepting students ages 4-99.
